What if my tracking number doesn't show any updates?
Please wait until the shipping courier update the tracking number. If the tracking number hasn't updated after 7 business day please do not hesitate to contact us.

We recommend to check your neighbor's first or contact your local post office. After we ship your package out the responsibility goes to your local post office. If you package has been stolen we do not cover it.
