Refund & Return Policy

At WIGMFG, we want every customer to enjoy a safe, clear, and transparent shopping experience.
If you need to return an item, please read the policy below. It explains when returns are accepted, how to start a request, where to ship the item, and how refunds are processed.


📌 1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Free of odors, stains, or damage

  • In the original packaging (including accessories, tags, and protective bags)

  • In a condition suitable for resale

⚠️ Items that are used, altered, damaged, or not in original condition may be rejected.


📌 2. Items Not Eligible for Return

To protect product hygiene and final-sale items, certain products cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Clearance or final-sale products

  • Items showing signs of use, styling, washing, cutting (including lace trimming), dyeing, or modification

  • Free gifts or promotional items

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact customer service before submitting a return.


📌 3. How to Start a Return

All returns must be approved first.

Before shipping the item back, email us at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Product photos

  • Reason for the return

  • If the item is damaged/incorrect, please attach photos or videos as evidence

Our team will review your request and provide the return authorization and instructions.

⚠️ Unauthorized returns may be rejected at the warehouse and cannot be refunded.


📌 4. Return Shipping Costs

  • For returns due to personal reasons (didn’t like the item, changed mind, wrong size/color ordered),
    👉 the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

  • For returns due to our responsibility (wrong item, defective item, missing parts),
    👉 we will cover the return or offer a replacement/refund depending on the situation.

All returns must be sent back to our China warehouse.

We do not provide prepaid return labels at this time.

📌 6. Low-Value Orders (Disposal Option)

For low-value items, international return shipping may be costly.

With our approval, you may:

  • Dispose of the item locally

  • Provide clear photos showing:

    • The unused product

    • The shipping label / order number

Once verified, we will issue the refund without requiring the physical return.


📌 7. Refunds

Refunds will be issued after:

  1. We receive your returned item,

  2. Inspect and approve its condition.

Processing time:

  • 3–5 business days to complete the refund after inspection

  • Your bank or credit card provider may require 5–10 additional business days to post the refund

Refunds will be returned to your original payment method.

❗ Important Notes:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

  • Discounts, coupon codes, or promotional pricing will be refunded based on the actual amount paid


📌 8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different style or color, please:

  1. Request a return,

  2. Send the item back,

  3. Place a new order after the refund is processed.


📌 9. Lost or Delayed Packages

WIGMFG is not responsible for:

  • Packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Packages lost or delayed by the carrier during return shipping

  • Customs delays or return shipping fees from international couriers

We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns.
