🚚 1. Order Processing Time (1–2 Business Days)

Regular products are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri).

Made-to-Order or Customized items — such as special-color wigs, custom wig caps, colored crochet hair, or premium handcrafted accessories — require an additional 5 business days of production.

Only products marked as “Made to Order” or “Customized” on the product page include this extended processing time.

A confirmation email is sent immediately after checkout.


🌍 2. Estimated Delivery Time (International Shipping)

All orders ship from our China warehouse.

🎁 3. Free Shipping Policy

We offer free standard shipping on orders over USD $39 to:

  • United States

  • Canada

  • United Kingdom

  • Australia

  • Selected European countries

For other regions, shipping fees are calculated at checkout.


💵 4. Shipping Costs & Customs Fees

Unless stated otherwise in promotional offers:

  • Shipping fees are paid by the customer.

  • Import duties, VAT, and customs taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We do not declare packages as “gifts.”


🔍 5. Order Tracking

After your order ships:

  • You will receive a tracking number by email.

  • Tracking updates may require 24–48 hours.

  • Carriers may include: Cainiao, Yanwen, USPS, Royal Mail, Australia Post, and other regional partners.


📦 6. Delivery Responsibility

After your package leaves our warehouse:

  • WIGMFG is not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier disruptions.

  • Customers must ensure their shipping address is correct.

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in lost packages that cannot be refunded.
