Keep Your Faux Fur Looking Fluffy
After unpacking, gently shake and finger-smooth the fur. Spot clean with cool water and a little mild soap, avoiding soaking. Air dry away from heat, then store somewhere dry without crushing the ears or tail.

What comes with my order?
Choose Ears Only for one ear headband, 60cm Tail Only for one tail with a waist strap, or Ears & Tail Set for both in your chosen color. Clothing, wigs and display stands are not included.
How long is the tail?
The tail is approximately 60cm (23.6 inches). Its position on your body will vary with your height and where you fasten the strap.
Will the headband fit me?
The recommended head circumference is 54–58cm (21.3–22.8 inches). Measure around your head before ordering; one size does not mean every head size.
How does the tail attach?
Use the adjustable waist strap to secure it over your outfit, with the tail at your lower back. Check that it feels secure and comfortable before walking around.
Is this real fur?
No. The ears and tail are made with faux fur.
What if the fur looks flat after delivery?
Gently shake the item and smooth the fibers with your fingers. Let it rest with plenty of space. Avoid heat, soaking and rough brushing.
